Tesla Model 3 Delivered CRACKED! Sentry Mode Broken! - First Tesla Service Center Experience

When we came home from our Delivery Appointment of our Tesla Model 3, we noticed 2 big issues:
1) The USB ports in the front were not drawing any power and not reading or writing to a USB storage device for Sentry Mode.
2) There was a chip in the rear glass.
These issues needed to be addressed at a Tesla Service Center, so we booked the next available appointment at the service center in Warwick, RI. The rear glass was in stock, but the USB port issue needed new computer hardware installed, so they had to order a new computer. Time away from my Model 3 was a little less than a week.
