1oz Simple syrup (or honey, or agave)
1 Whipped egg white
3-4 Dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: Mint sprig

3. Whisky Smash
5-6 Mint leaves
1oz Simple syrup
1oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1oz Whisky
Garnish: Mint sprig and lemon slice
