If you're new to my channel, my name is Zalan Zsely. I'm the founder of AdsImproved.com. We help people make more money from Meta ads in two ways:

Here's how I got here:

2023 January: I graduated Budapest University of Economics and Business
2023 June: Started SeekLink with my girlfriend, which was a marketplace for families to find babysitters.
2023 September: I realized the company was struggling because of my inability to sell & advertise, so I spent every hour learning sales
2023 End of year: SeekLink went under and I had to look for jobs

2024: Worked in sales, meanwhile learning both sales and advertising. I managed a few ads in the meantime

2025: Worked in Adtech (managing mostly retargeting ads) + I started my own agency, managing fb ads. By the end of the year I managed over $2.1M combined with the 2 jobs.
2025 December: Founded AdsImproved.com

Today, I manage people's ads and also help other people get better at meta ads.
