This is a remix of a video I made many years ago. It's always been one of my favorite songs during the winter months, so this year I decided to finally turn it into the sort of video I always wished it was.
This video is designed to work in many different ways. You can sing the song, talking about high and low along the way. I've created movements to the song that mirror the high and lowness- that's fun too. But there is also the Solfege section with the hand signs, and a keyboard with the note names.
For my own students- once we've learned the song, we typically sing and dance to the first versus, sing the solfege for the second versus, and sing the letter names for the 3rd versus. If you have xylophones- it's also a fun song to play along to!
