NouPou.gr had the opportunity to meet the President and CEO of DKG Development, Konstantinos Petridis, as well as George Tsolakis, Head of Tsolakis + Partners Architects, which implemented the architectural study of the project, and to talk with them about Piraeus Gate.
The Piraeus Gate project, developed by DKG Development, is transforming an old industrial neighborhood in Piraeus. Located at the intersection of Omiridou Skylitsi and Grigoriou Lambraki streets, this urban regeneration plan spans multiple city blocks. It includes residential serviced apartments, offices, shops, and homes for sale or rent. The project covers over 81,000 square meters, also featuring a hotel. The development aims to revitalize abandoned spaces and create a vibrant hub for business, culture, and community.
