Pollution Without Borders: The Tijuana River Crisis

Описание: This film provides a broad overview of the history, causes, and effects of the sewage crisis in the Tijuana River. We cover its environmental, health, emotional, economic, and political impacts, as well as progress that has been made. We feature a wide array of perspectives and opinions through interviews with key stakeholders, such as politicians, activists, residents, and researchers.

We are Non-Toxic San Diego, an advocacy group run by high school students from multiple schools throughout San Diego County. Our mission is to raise awareness of environmental problems in our local communities and empower other youth voices in the fight against environmental injustice. We hope to make our city non-toxic for everyone.
