Join me on a journey starting from Asakusabashi Station as we visit the historic Isshintei restaurant, known for its classic yoshoku cuisine with 120 years of service.
Location:
“Isshintei” Yoshoku (Japanese style Western Cuisine)
3 Chome-12-6 Asakusabashi, Taito City, Tokyo 111-0053, Japan
We’ll then stroll through the rest of Okazu Yokochō shopping street that’s filled with history along with a sense of community in this neighborhood where time seems to stand still.
This area paints a picture of nostalga dating back from the Edo period along with some of those 80’s vibes still existing in this quaint neighborhood city.
We’ll also walk through Torigoe Jinga Shrine and continue on to Bark Cafe for a light meal and enjoy the “zen- like” setting of the peaceful Kuramae Shrine.
Experience the unique blend of history, culture, and local flavor in this Tokyo adventure!
