4mm Aluminum Composite Panel (Materials) Grooving tips

Описание: Alusignpanel show the ACP panels grooving , and bending into a case or box , we need a grooving machine , a flat work table , tape measure , and some tools to fix the panels during processing , This is 4mm panels , 1st step we need to clear the designers grooving draft , how and where need to groove ; 2nd is an important step to adjust the drill height to match the different panels , the standard is left 0.30mm core material . but the different aluminum thickness , core materials have small different , we recommend the left core thickness is 0.10~0.30mm . This is an very important step , if we left thicker core materials , the acp surface will easy broken during our bending , also can not groove too deep , it broken the aluminum too . and alu.skin thickness and core type , 3mm ,4mm ,6mm request different height of the drill . (also have some clients call it #alucobond directly , this is famouse brand name in the acp field ) .
