Use a mobile cover shield to glitch into locked doors. With this method you can easily glitch into the last part of a mission. So you only have to finish the boss and loot unlimited high end items.
First thing first, set your ability to mobile cover and put it right in the centre of the academy's door, then use your shield to walk INTO your mobile cover you just laid and try to run TOWARDS the door for serveral times. Eventually you will get through.
