Over 100 homes damaged in Alabama tornado

(6 Mar 2019) At least 116 homes are badly damaged enough to not receive power and the death toll remains at 23 with 4 people still in critical condition following a tornado outbreak in rural Alabama Sunday.
A "very pleased" Lee County, Alabama Sheriff Jay Jones announced search and rescue efforts to locate 7 or 8 missing persons is finished.
"We're now confident that we have accounted for all of the individuals that were unaccounted for. So that number is down to zero" Said Jones.
The National Weather Service announced updated findings on the outbreak. Meteorologist Kevin Laws said 11 total tornadoes tracked around 70 miles Sunday, include one EF4 tornado which devastated the Lee county area.
