No One has responded in 2020... Until 2021, He mentioned it again for the upcoming SAGE 2021:

"SimCity for Sega Mega Drive/Genesis might be Needed and prepared on SAGE 2021 this year... we wanted music from SimCity Classic, 2000 and SNES version to the Genesis plz, and also Better Graphics and switchable between top and isometric view."

Still, No one has responded to him and never appeared on SAGE 21 and SHC 21. But, He had no choice. Andres will make a proof of concept Music of what it sounded like on the Genesis/Mega Drive using FL Studio with Sonic 1/2/3/K Instruments SoundFont. However, work has needed to be done by others, and to get approved by Maxis (A Subsidiary of EA). If you're here in this video, Plz Let him know on Twitter. Thanks.
