Matcha Chia Pudding:
🥣 Ingredients:
3/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 tsp matcha powder
2 tsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
3 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp yogurt (sweetened, for topping)
Raspberries
Sliced Almonds
Instructions:
Whisk warm milk with matcha powder until smooth
Add in chia seeds, maple syrup and mix thoroughly
Let rest for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping
Cover and refrigerate overnight
Top with sweetened yogurt
Garnish with fresh raspberries and sliced almonds before serving
Strawberry Milkshake Chia Pudding
🥣 Ingredients:
1 cup fresh strawberries
3/4 cup coconut milk
2 tsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
3 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp yogurt (sweetened, for topping)
Chopped strawberries & pumpkin seeds for topping
👩🍳 Instructions:
Blend strawberries and coconut milk until smooth
Add chia seeds along with maple syrup and mix well
Rest 5 minutes and stir again
Refrigerate overnight until thick and creamy.
Top with sweetened yogurt, strawberries, and pumpkin seeds before serving
Blueberry Jam Chia Pudding
🫐 Blueberry Jam:
½ cup blueberries
2 tbsp water
1 tsp maple syrup
Cook on low heat until soft and mash into a jam-like consistency. Let cool
🥣 Pudding Ingredients:
Blueberry jam
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
3 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp yogurt (sweetened, for topping)
👩🍳 Instructions:
Mix cooled blueberry jam with milk and maple syrup
Add chia seeds and stir well
Rest 5 minutes and stir again
Refrigerate overnight
Top with yogurt, fresh blueberries, and chopped walnuts
Tiramisu Chia Pudding
🥣 Ingredients:
3/4 cup warm milk
1 tsp instant coffee powder
2 tsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
3 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp yogurt (sweetened, for topping)
Cocoa powder (for dusting)
Chocolate shavings (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions:
Dissolve instant coffee powder in warm milk
Add chia seeds along with maple syrup and mix thoroughly
Let rest 5 minutes, stir again to avoid clumping
