高筋面粉 bread flour 220g / 1,1/3cup
鹽 salt 2.5g / 1/2tsp
即溶酵母 instant yeast 4g / 1,1/4tsp
鮮奶 fresh milk
奶油 butter
糖霜 icing sugar
摄氏160 / 华氏320 烘烤 17-20分钟
Bake at 160°C / 320°F for 17-20 minutes
