To say Van is excited would be an understatement. However, he's not the only one who's addicted to sweet things! The all-consuming Lapis is as well, let's hope their love for sweets doesn't cause any conflict...

However, the sweets are not the only interesting part of this banquet, of course. It's time for our first official rounds of Trails Beyond the Horizon! I don't know about you, dear viewers, but not doing the rounds as Rean, despite him being here, is very weird.

Anyway, it's time for Van to make some new connections and see if he can learn why the others are here. Not only that, but see if we can learn what everyone's been up to in the time leading up to this event.
