In this video I’ll be sharing my night time routine during those cold winter months to show you how to get and maintain healthy skin naturally.

I always start off with getting into something comfortable and removing any makeup I have on. One product I use is NEUTROGENA® NATURALS® Purifying Cream Cleanser to gently remove makeup and to prevent dry winter skin. Sometimes I’ll follow up with a homemade natural face mask for deep facial cleansing. MASK RECIPE:
Cocoa Powder (natural unsweetened) - 1 teaspoon
Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon (2 if you have oily skin!)
Banana - 1/4 - 1/2
Greek Yogurt - 2-3 table spoons
Honey - 1 teaspoon (2 if you have dry skin!)
Milk - 1 teaspoon
