TODAY'S RECIPE IS Super Soft & Moist Butter Fruit Cake Recipe | Easy Dry Fruit Butter Cake Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Butter 100 gm
Beat for 2 mins
Sugar 1/2 cup
Beat until fluffy
2 eggs
Beat until combine
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Mix well
Milk 1/4 cup
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Mix well
In another bowl
Nuts 1 tbsp
Tutti frutti 1 tbsp
Fry fruit 2 tbsp
Flour 1 tsp
Coat well
Mix well
Cake batter
7 inch mould
Grease oil
Place baking paper
Pour batter
Dry fruits on top
Bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 30-40 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
