This 2021update has wireless charging and wireless Apple CarPlay. Also there's a new key design that's less fragile. And that's about it.

Our car has the Oxford Tan leather with Bitter Chocolate stitching interior combined with open-pore wood elements, an incredibly luxurious place to be in.

Under the hood of the DBX we find a 4.0 liter V8 block, originally from AMG but tuned by Aston Martin. The block is mated to a nine-speed automatic.

Direct competitors for this DBX are the Bentley Bentayga and the Lamborghini Urus. Both, by the way, are based on the same Volkswagen MLB evo platform, just like the Audi RSQ8 and the Porsche Cayenne for that matter. In that respect, the DBX with its unique platform is of course an outsider.

At the top of luxury SUV heaven, there is the Rolls Royce Cullinan. And one price range below the DBX we find a wide range of luxury SUVs like the Porsche Cayenne, Audi RSQ8, Jaguar F-Pace SVR, BMW X5M, Mercedes GLE 63s, Maserati Levante.
