In this update, we’ve completely rebuilt the Insights tab from the ground up. It now uses more screen real estate, performs significantly faster, and gives you a clearer picture of both your daily stats and your overall progress.
You can toggle between activities, switch time ranges, and see how your weekly volume, heart rate zones, and training load are adding up. All activity data is stored locally on your device, with smart caching to ensure everything loads instantly and updates automatically when you complete a new workout.
We’ve also added training load visibility directly to each activity, expanded indoor activity support, and improved Apple Watch connectivity and permissions so you always know what’s working behind the scenes.
