7075-T652 Forged Aluminum Plate, Suitable for Ultra-Thick Plate
When the thickness of the aluminum plate is greater than 250mm, due to the limited rolling force of the rolling plate, the internal structure cannot be fully stretched and remains in a loose state. T652 is based on T6 with a certain amount of forging to eliminate internal stress and permanent deformation. Forging can fully stretch the internal structure, making it less prone to deformation during cutting and processing. After forging, it will undergo non-destructive testing to reduce the probability of problems such as sand holes and pores.
