This is a how-to video about replacing a missing thumb rest on a clarinet. A simple repair was not possible because the screw holes were stripped.
Here are some of the tools and supplies you may need to do this repair:

A275 Oversize Clarinet Thumb Rest Screws
#52 Drill Bit (for regular size thumb rest screws)
#49 Drill Bit (for oversize thumb rest screws)
