The problem with both sprite packers below is the fact that it doesn't tile your image in order (since they are designed to prioritize minimizing file sizes), so that is not going to cut it for lengthy animations like the one I had. But if your sprite is only a few frames long, rearranging the order in Unity might be an option.

SSP is great, it's completely free and has more features than GlueIt (like padding and Power of Two/Sqaure output). It's also PC only.
TexturePacker
https://www.codeandweb.com/texturepacker
This one is, perhaps, the most advanced sprite packer but the free version will add watermark to your spritesheet if you use certain advanced features.. However, you can disable some of its features (which can be tricky) to achieve the same goal in the video. This one runs on OSX, too.
