To me, that was my first time performing histology, using an ultramicrotome, running an SEM/ a FIB-TEM/ a multi-photon microscope/ fluorescence lifetime microscope.

And to some people, this could be the first time performing molecular biology, analyzing RT-PCR, troubleshooting western blots, flow cytometry... etc.

In fact, your love of new research technology could become a career!
