Описание: Frasers Property Industrial Thailand marks a major milestone to develop fully automated flagship warehouse for F&N Dairies (Thailand) Limited. The built-to-suit warehouse, together with FNDT’s investment of ASRS, will optimize the use of space and increase overall operational efficiency in logistics and distribution.

The flagship project is located in strategic location of Frasers Property Logistics Center in Ayutthaya province ideal for manufacturing and supply chain of F&B, FMCG, automotive and electronic industries. The customers will benefit from high accessibility of a site that allows efficient logistics and distribution to Central, Northern and Northeastern Thailand.

FPIT continues to succeed in growing its built-to-suit portfolio while expanding the customers’ segment in F&B sector. FNDT’s facility is scheduled to be completed by 2Q/2021.
