Introducing Honest Farming. We are ripping up our beef supply chain and starting again. We weren’t doing enough about our impact on the planet. We need to tackle the biggest issue head-on. Our beef. We could make grandiose claims about becoming carbon neutral, but that doesn’t really change the way we operate, it just kicks the problem down the road a few years, and that’s just not Honest.
So we’re going to be posting a LOT about what this means for us and you, and showing you the journey we’ve been on the past few years to get here. In a nutshell it's us supporting regenerative farmers and working with some likeminded butchers and restaurants to drive significant change. The food chain right now is broken, and we’re on a journey to be part of the movement that fixes it.
