The Japanese 3DO release of Putt-Putt Joins the Parade. Some notes about it:
Parade actually does appear to have released on PC in Japan. However since children don't play computer games in Japan it's really hard to come by. Not living in Japan, speaking Japanese, and having zero connection to the country otherwise likely doesn't help. Who knows, maybe there's some part of Japan drowning in Putt-Putt and we have no way of knowing.
As you may have noticed, the Japanese version has a language selection screen featuring unique artwork of a kaiju Putt-Putt holding up Japanese and American flags.
The 3DO port is missing a lot of animations... this is actually pretty well-known, but somehow I never noticed that before recording this video. They're even missing in Scummvm. They could be missing because of the port's miserable performance. Even with all these animations missing the game frequently slows down a ton when there's too much stuff happening for the mighty 3DO to handle. What is this, Doom?
