CHICKEN TANDOORI
Servings: 6-8
Difficulty: Medium
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Prep time: 15 minutes + marination
1,5 kg chicken breast and tight, skinless and boneless slice the breasts same with tights size
6 tablespoons mulberry molasses, or any molasses
3 tablespoons vinegar
1,5 teaspoons salt
1,5 tablespoons butter
9 cloves garlic, mashed
1 heaped tablespoon peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, quarters
Half of the recipe;
750 g chicken breast and tight skinless and boneless slice the breasts same with tights size
3 tablespoons mulberry molasses
1,5 tablespoons vinegar
1 levelled teaspoons salt
1 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic
1 heaped teaspoon peanut butter
1 tablespoons soy sauce
1,5 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, quarters
For serving;
1 cucumber, sliced, don’t use seedy parts
1 green onion’s White part, sliced
Lavash bread or tortilla
Rub the chickens with the molasses, vinegar, peanut butter, soy sauce, salt, butter, and marinade for 1-2 hours.
To cook them, pour the olive oil in pressure cooker and sear the chickens with both sides. Don't not crowd the pan, sear in batches.
After searing, place them in the same pressure cooker, pour the remaining marinate, add the onions, and close the lid, set the pressure to high (for meat).
When the lid is tight and the pressure is enough to cook, place the pressure cooker on a small burner on low heat.
Cook for 20-25 minutes and release the pressure by removing the lid or putting the pan under running cold water.
Shred the chicken
To eat this beauty, take a piece of lavash, put some chicken, 2-3 piece cucumbers, 2-3 slices green onion and don’t forget to pour the cooking juice. Now it’s time to enjoy the best tandoori chicken in the world! 🥳
