January 2026. I turn 60 in a few days, and I'm back at 220 pounds. Years ago, I went from 230+ and pre-diabetic down to 165 pounds on keto—and stayed there for years. Then life happened. This video is about starting over, what the science actually says, and why I think it's never too late.
I'm starting with strict carnivore for the weight loss and healing phase, then transitioning to keto for long-term maintenance. Carnivore to heal. Keto to live.
This is not a New Year's resolution. This is a plan.
