Here is my next dish, Crawfish Curry Cook Up also known to Jamaicans as JANGA / CRAYFISH. Again this is a simple and easy dish with a lot of flavour and tradition. This was fun to cook outdoors by the river as crawfish usually tends to be in rivers. Most older Jamaicans would tell you about their experiences as a child doing a catch and cook crawfish by the river, either fried, curried or boiled.
