Ride with me on my 2024 Kawasaki W800 along the Sunchild Trail from Brazeau Dam south toward Highway 11 in Alberta, Canada. This is a First Nations reserve through a beautiful part of Alberta.
I'm getting much better audio results with this new microphone, but I'm still struggling with the @GoPro Hero 12 as an action camera. I have to carry 5 batteries with me and they only last between 50-55 minutes before they cut out. Charging them all is slow and if you don't use them right after charging they show 95% if they've sat for a day or two. I'm not happy with the GoPro for long videos and the audio settings are useless.
The DJI cameras last hours and at least you have some gain adjustment on the microphones. I've tried writing to @GoPro and messaging them on Instagram but they don't answer or read the messages.
