Origins:
1- Medial Epicondyle of the Humerus (Via Common Flexor Tendon)
2- Medial Side of Olecranon
3- Superior Posterior Border of Ulna
Insertions:
1- Base of the 5th Metacarpal
2- Hook of Hamate
3- Pisiform
Function:
1- Flexion of the Hand @ the Wrist Joint
2- Ulnar Deviation of the Hand @ the Wrist Joint
3- Flexion of the Forearm @ the Elbow Joint
Nerve:
Ulnar Nerve
