In this video, I share my personal journey of getting married at just 18 years old in London and the challenges that came with it. Just when I was about to receive a promotion at work, I had to make a life-changing decision to leave my job. Three days before flying off to Madinah, Saudi Arabia, I got married, marking the beginning of a rollercoaster of emotions and experiences.

Leaving my new wife behind in London and embarking on a solo journey to study at the Islamic University of Madinah was incredibly difficult. I found myself in a new country for the first time, facing the challenges of long-distance marriage while trying to adjust to my new life as a university student. With no family around for support, I had to navigate life on my own—learning Arabic, adapting to a new culture, and finding my way in a city I had never been to before.

I also recount my first experiences flying out on my own, landing in Madinah, and the emotions that flooded me as I stepped foot in this blessed city for the very first time. From living alone for the first time in a shared room to immersing myself in a new language and culture, the journey was filled with trials, growth, and unforgettable moments.

Join me as I reflect on the ups and downs, the sacrifices, and the valuable life lessons I learned as a young married student navigating a new chapter in a foreign land. This is a story of resilience, faith, and the pursuit of knowledge.
