from the Syriac Orthodox Church of Antioch
This prayer replaces the Trisagion during the Holy Week. The first paragraph of the prayer changes during the Services of the Holy Week.
The prayer in English:
O Christ, Who by His suffering saved us from deception.
Accept our worship and have mercy upon us.
Glory to You, O Lord, honor to Your Father,
worship and exaltation to the Holy Spirit.
Have mercy and compassion upon us sinners.
May the gates of Heavenly Jerusalem be opened,
and may our prayers come before the Throne of Christ.
Glory to You, our Lord.
Glory to You, our Hope.
Forever.
