Cleveland and Northeast Ohio weather: Some lake snow today, bitter cold this week

As we prepare to shovel out and clean up today, more lake effect snow will put a damper on our plans in portions of northeast Ohio. Winter Weather Advisories have been issued for our primary and secondary snowbelts counties through 4 p.m. We could see an additional 2-4 inches of snow where the lake effect persists.
This lake effect should wind down later today as winds start to shift out ahead of our next system. Temps will be cold everywhere today with highs in the mid 10s.
Cold temperatures continue for the rest of the week. We probably won't even break 20 degrees until February. Gusty snow showers will be possible tomorrow and Wednesday before it just becomes a cold air story the rest of the week. Wind chill values will get into the -20 range on a few occasions as well.
