The paper was titled, "Telling Slavery Slant, or, An Incoherence in Theological Anthropology: Race, Robots, and Redemptive Narratives".
Amaryah Shaye Armstrong is currently a doctoral student at Vanderbilt University in Theological Studies. Her dissertation examines how 19th century black women's domestic literature reconfigures questions of race, religion, and nation in political theology and black religious scholarship.
