In this video I show you how to repair a broken predator ferrule and tenon on a precat predator that is also split between the splices. This will also work on any 314 or Z as well. The best method is to also core the tenon then fill with light weight foam. However with the end of the shaft being split I didn't want to sacrifice and strength. I just wanted to make it last forever LOL.
