d) Emergency rooms are unequipped to deal with cannabis Induced psychotic patients. Boston Medical Center just added a specialized treatment program for CIP patients because it’s so common.

e) Note: Emergency Room cases are the tip of the iceberg. Most patients end up in local mental facilities, or jail, or at home terrorizing their family.

f) 10% to 15% of users experience psychotic symptoms. With over 50 million users in America, we are causing over 5 million more people to become psychotic.

Conclusion: Legalizing marijuana results in so many psychotic patients that we need more mental hospitals. We will have to spend the added tax revenue to treat CIP patients.
