Ethics and Leadership Panel: LightHouse for the Blind

Описание: Chris Downey from Architecture for the Blind, Katy Hawkins from Mark Cavegnaro Associates, and Naomi Rosenberg from Lighthouse for the Blind will be presenting the Lighthouse for the Blind architectural design project which incorporated unique technologies to create appropriate spaces that respond to the needs of visually impaired visitors and staff. Naomi Rosenberg is trained as an architect and now works for Lighthouse for the Blind creating tactile graphics (Accessible Media) for many stakeholders in the State Parks system, for Apple Campus and beyond. There is so much territory to cover in this fascinating presentation and the content will embrace all of our expertise. Please let me know if you have specific classes that would like to attend. This event is required for most of our undergrad architecture students filling up most of the Atrium but I would like to accommodate students from all realms where there is interest and relevance.
