This is the first time the new Flexity Outlook LRV Bombardier Streetcar have used this route as well the Union Station Loop. The Line was out of service when 4400 was doing the prototype testing of the system before the new cars could be produce.
The Queens Quay W ROW was to Open August 31 when the new LRV enter service, but work at Union Station delay the opening until October 12, today.
