Hello Everyone, Merry Christmas. In this video we are using our small Spit Roaster from Bunnings to roast up some lamb and Chicken. The spit roaster is a fantastic item for slow cooking meat. They cost $84.90 from Bunnings as of the making of this video. In Greece we call spit roasting either large chunks of Pork, Lamb or Chicken a KONTOSOUVLI. Basically a Giant Souvlaki. I also had a Bottle of Mythos Beer on hand. It's a Greek Beer available from Dan Murphy's in Australia. I hope you enjoy the video. Safe Holidays.
