Royalton Punta Cana: Diamond Club Luxury Presidential Jacuzzi One Bedroom Suite

Описание: Thanks for tuning in to my vlog on my stay at the Royalton Punta Cana Resort & Casino in March 2023. I booked this resort for myself and bunch of family for my mom’s 60th birthday. Overall the resort is nice. My experience however was not!

The resort offers a feature on their website in which you can reserve your room ahead of time for a fee. I used this feature to book my mom’s room and my brother. Well get to the resort my mom has her room but my brother’s room was given away. I was told that the feature on the website is faulty and being worked on. My response well why not shut down the feature until you get it fixed! They were supposed to be refunding the fee that was paid however I am STILL fighting for them to get their refund. Yes 4 months later! I have called too many times to count and emailed and they still are not responding.

My aunts who stayed at the neighboring Royalton Splash encountered issues accessing their room with their bracelets after check-in (and a long day of travel). They had to walk up to the receptionist desk (LONG WALK) several times for them to get into their room. Absolutely ridiculous!! We experienced colorism at the Sports Bar and at the Royalton Splash water park. So needless to say I was not happy with my stay and will not be booking any more of my clients to stay here. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with a Royalton resort so I will no longer be booking them at all and do not recommend them!

🍹Drinks were good
💃🏽Entertainment was good
💁🏽‍♂️Our butler was Phenomenal (I think his name was Daniel)
