Ingredients :
2 lbs of chicken
1 diced onion
32 oz of chicken broth or bone broth
2 tsp of garlic
2 cans of great northern beans, rinsed and drained
2 4-oz cans of green chiles
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of pepper
1 tsp of cumin
1/4 tsp of cayenne
4 oz of reduced-fat cream cheese
3/4 cup of skim milk
1tbsp of corn starch
