Today, we begin our anti-war campaign! Dimitri has chosen to ally with the Church of Seiros, which will make the Kingdom a target for the Empire, as well. I'll give a quick overview of each of the Blue Lions here:

Dimitri: Incredibly powerful Lance wielder. Azure Lightning will imbue his attacks with the Lightning element, which is incredibly useful. Pairs well with King's Might, which deals damage to enemies that are sent flying.
Dedue: A heavy frontliner, he can be an excellent Lance or Gauntlet wielder. His Ability, Demolisher, lets him charge up Strong Attacks to create Shockwaves. Staunch Shield will build up his Warrior Gauge when Guarding--even moreso when Perfect Guarding!
Felix: A powerful Swordfighter. Each time he dodges an attack, Intense Velocity will increase his movement speed. He deals even more damage without a Battalion with Lone Wolf, though the perks of Battalions in Three Hopes make this a fairly irrelevant skill.
Ashe: A free Lockpicker! He can be in any Class and still be able to open Chests without needing a Key. He can also set a Wind damage zone with ZR with his Wind Stance Skill, which can be useful to juggle enemies.
Sylvain: His Gordian Stroke Ability will increase his range and damage as his Hit Count rises. With Adept Flirt, he'll have a faster Awakening Gauge fill rate when fighting near a female ally, or with a female Adjutant.
Mercedes: The team's de facto healer, and a very competent mage. Radiant Love is a gauge that fills up as she fights, and can be used with ZR to both heal allies and damage enemies around her! Live to Serve is the usual, heals her when healing an ally for up to the same amount at max Level.
Annette: Her Courageous Aria is a gauge that fills up as she fights, and provides a stats buff to herself and other nearby Allies, making her an excellent supporting mage when not bringing her as a main fighter. With Overachiever, Annette also receives a damage buff if her Special defeats at least 30 enemies in one go.
Ingrid: The game's only unit with an intended Falcon Knight path! Her Icy Plunge Ability charges enemies that are sent flying with the Ice element! Heavensent increases her Warrior Gauge when fighting enemies that are launched in the air, so keep in mind which Strong Attacks will do so.
Rodrigue: Lastly, the previous Duke Fraldarius joins the fray for the first time! If you attack with good rhythm, Martial Prowess will increase your damage, attack range, and knockback range! Right-Hand Man prevents enemies from inflicting status ailments, critical hits, or knockback when his HP falls below a certain threshold. 50% at max Level!
