Описание: Moonee Ponds Railway Station is located 7.8 km (4.8mi) north west of the central business district of Melbourne Victoria Australia. Moonee Ponds railway station is a commuter railway station on the Craigieburn line, which is part of the Melbourne railway network. Moonee Ponds station is a ground level unstaffed station, featuring two side platforms.

Moonee Ponds station opened in 1860 as part of railway line to Essendon built by the private Melbourne and Essendon Railway Company, but closed due to financial issues in 1864, reopening in 1871 under government ownership. The brick station building on platform 1 was completed in 1882.
