A couple of months ago, I found out that I am allergic to wheat and white potatoes. This solved many seemingly mysterious health issues I had been experiencing. But, what exactly was wrong with me? What tests did I have done? What's it like having to avoid wheat and potatoes in a world where we live off dough, pastry and chips? I am answering all the above and more in this video.
