The man shot and wounded by Charlotte police on Feb. 8 made an appearance in court Tuesday, where a judge considered another pending charge when setting his bond.
Tim Moore, 33, appeared via video for the bond-setting hearing. He faces several charges from Thursday's incident, including assault on a public official and possession of a gun by a convicted felon.
CMPD said on Thursday Moore aimed a gun at officers as he ran from them on Beatties Ford Road, prompting an officer to shoot. Moore was hit and then taken to a hospital for treatment per the department.
