Hoy vamos a cocinar - Pollo Orange - Arroz Con Pollo (Chicken and Rice)

Ingredients
2 Raw Chickens (6-10 ppl)
1 Cup of white rice (washed)
1/4 cup Unsalted Butter
5 Roma Tomatoes
1 Red Bell Pepper
1/2 White Onion
4 Chayote Squash
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tbsp Knorr Seasoning
5 Cloves
-1/4 tsp Thyme/Tomillo
-1/2 tsp Ground Bay Leaves
2 -3 Cups of Water
