Patrick is a burnout survivor and expert. He brings awareness to the burnout epidemic for leaders and coworkers alike.
Prior to his time in healthcare, he worked as a congregational leader for twenty years. He served as a youth and family pastor, church planter, and senior minister.
Patrick is an author, speaker, and coach. He is an ethics professor at Indiana University.
His education includes a masters degree from Cincinnati Bible Seminary and a graduate certificate in diversity and inclusion from Cornell University.
