I think it doesn't have any meaning. So "you won't take a photo - you'll tell it through the words"
I almost always write "macaroom" as "macaroon" orz
Anyway, exactly today macaroom released homephone TE on CD's (it was on their Bandcamp for a while though)
Also, am I the only one who get's chills at 3:07 ? I hope not.
That's also a great example of a song that I regret giving up translating.
