Disclaimer: I messed up the finishing row, so to clarify, it's sc, chain 5, DC in the center ch of the ch 5 below, ch 5, sc in the ch 1 sp, ch 5, repeat across, end with a sc in the last st.
This is otherwise a very easy two row repeat using double crochet, chain stitch, and single crochet. This can be used for nearly anything you can imagine.
