rebuilding the 1934 Ford Coupe ...Video of the process of fabricating a new set of deckled hinges for the 34 coupe. I purchased a set of reproduction hinges off the Hamb however they were a very poor casting. This video was shot over several nights after work, building the hinges through trial and error, the final result was I built a set of hinges myself for under $30 using 1/2" square bar, some angle iron and some flat steel plate.
